Nowak is determined give all clients the best possible experience, by listening, interpreting their needs, and responding with creative solutions that are exceptional in functionality and form. We begin design process new with each client, and we educate them throughout the design process. We choose to engage our clients so their needs and wants are understood prior to putting pencil to paper. When we include and educate our clients during design, they are able to make informed decisions and we can develop solutions that accurately reflect their needs, which will minimize surprises and client-initiated changes during construction.
